Our team’s focused
research topic was managing conflict and negotiation in organizations. We
believe that conflict is everywhere, and the workplace is no exception.
However, it does not mean that there is not a solution for solving it. If we
understand how to manage conflict between people in organizations, all conflict
will lead to having better negotiation skills.
In this project, there
are five sections, which include: the project overview, which defines the
meaning of conflict and negotiation, and why it is necessary to be concerned in
organizational management; three evidence-based recommendations that managers
can adopt to use in their organizations to create an efficient outcomes; and
the discussion of the implications between the three evidence-based
recommendations and human resource management. |
